The Lexi-Comp clinical team has developed functionality within Lexi-Comp ONLINE that allows us to address drug allergies. The new allergy database is based on integration of scientific and clinical literature and offers unique insight on allergic mechanisms and concepts/categorizations. This data will assist the clinician in addressing allergy-related issues which are often difficult to interpret in clinical practice. This content is available through the Allergy Considerations field, linked from the Lexi-Drugs database.

We are creating a Pregnancy & Lactation database which contains detailed content on drug use during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Direct Linking to PubMed in Lexi-Comp ONLINE

We are pleased to announce an exciting new feature in Lexi-Comp ONLINE: direct linkages from monograph references to PubMed. Within a drug monograph, every reference is now annotated and linked to the article's abstract in PubMed. This brings added depth to Lexi-Comp ONLINE that will allow for a more robust user experience and will dramatically decrease the time necessary for thorough research of topics.
