Students, residents, and faculty are eligible for a $10 rebate
off the first database or bundled product purchased (eg, Lexi-CLINICAL
SUITE or Lexi-PEDIATRIC SUITE) and a $5 rebate off each additional
database. The rebate request must be sent to Lexi-Comp within 30 days
from the date of purchase.
Please note that this rebate is not available for Medical
Abbreviations by Neil Davis or Stedman's Medical Dictionary for the
Health Professions and Nursing.

Rebates may be redeemed by mailing or faxing a copy of a valid
student or faculty ID to Lexi-Comp, Inc. Products must be purchased at
full price (less any multi-product purchase discount). Once
identification is received, a credit will be applied to your credit
card account. For faster processing, please reference your email
address and Lexi-Comp order number on the photocopy ID you provide to
us.
If you did not purchase directly from Lexi-Comp, you must
include a copy of your sales receipt, and if applicable, the original
rebate request voucher received with your purchase. You will receive a
rebate check from Lexi-Comp.
