Do I need an authorization code? Customers that purchase online or by phone will not require an authorization code. An Authorization Code is a unique 12 digit alphanumeric code used to activate an UpToDate® Lexidrug™ subscription. Institutional users can obtain an authorization code directly from their site administrator or UpToDate® Lexidrug™ Online splash page (if applicable).
